Chicken and Dumplings

A classic favorite to feed a crowd!

Step 1

Bring to a boil 1 gallon chicken broth or stock. Add 2 lbs. frozen mixed vegetables, 2 lbs. of frozen or fresh diced potatoes. Bring to a boil again.

Step 2

When potatoes are done, add 2 lbs. pre-cooked shredded, diced or canned chicken.
Bring to a simmer.

Step 3

Using a biscuit mix, add water to biscuit mix to make a sticky consistency. Put dollops of biscuit mix all over surface of dumpling stew, cover with crazy lid and simmer until biscuits are cooked through.

Step 4

Using a large spoon or ladle, serve in bowls and enjoy!
